CONSUMER RIGHTS – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL – CANCELLATION AND RETURN POLICY

GENERAL:

If you place an order on our website, you are deemed to have accepted the preliminary information form and the distance sales contract presented to you.

Buyers are subject to the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts (Official Gazette: 27.11.2014/29188) as well as other applicable laws for the sale and delivery of the purchased product.

Shipping costs for product delivery are paid by the buyer.

Each product purchased is delivered to the address specified by the buyer within 30 days, unless otherwise stated. If the product is not delivered within this period, the buyer may terminate the contract.

The purchased product must be delivered in full and in accordance with the specifications stated in the order, along with any warranty certificates, user manuals, or other documents, if available.

If the sale of the purchased product becomes impossible, the seller must inform the buyer in writing within 3 days and refund the total payment within 14 days.

IF THE PURCHASED PRODUCT IS NOT PAID FOR:

If the buyer does not pay for the purchased product or cancels the payment in bank records, the seller’s obligation to deliver the product is terminated.

UNAUTHORIZED USE OF CREDIT CARD:

If the credit card used for the purchase is found to have been used without authorization after the product is delivered, and the payment for the product is not made by the bank or financial institution, the buyer must return the product to the seller within 3 days, with the seller covering the return shipping costs.

UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES PREVENTING DELIVERY ON TIME:

In case of force majeure that prevents timely delivery, the seller informs the buyer of the situation. The buyer may request the cancellation of the order, a replacement with a similar product, or the postponement of delivery until the obstacle is removed. If the buyer cancels the order, the payment made in cash will be refunded within 14 days of cancellation. If the payment was made by credit card and the buyer cancels the order, the product price will be refunded to the bank within 14 days, although it may take 2-3 weeks for the bank to reflect it in the buyer’s account.

BUYER’S OBLIGATION TO INSPECT THE PRODUCT:

The buyer is required to inspect the product for defects before taking delivery. The buyer should not accept products that are dented, broken, or otherwise damaged. Accepted products are deemed free from visible defects, and the buyer is responsible for taking care of the product after delivery. If the right of withdrawal is to be used, the product should remain unused, and the invoice should be returned with it.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:

The buyer may use the right of withdrawal without any legal or penal liability within 14 (fourteen) days of the delivery date of the product by notifying the seller using the contact details provided below.

DURATION OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:

For services, the 14-day period starts from the contract date. The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised if the service has already begun with the consumer’s consent before the withdrawal period ends.

The costs arising from exercising the right of withdrawal are borne by the seller.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, a written notification must be sent to the seller by registered mail, fax, or email within 14 (fourteen) days, and the product must be unused.

USING THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:

The product’s invoice, along with the return form, packaging, and all accessories, must be returned undamaged.

RETURN CONDITIONS:

Upon receiving the withdrawal notice, the seller is required to return the total payment and any documents that place the buyer in debt within 10 days and take back the product within 20 days.

If the product is damaged due to the buyer’s fault, the buyer must compensate the seller for the damages. However, changes or deterioration caused by proper use of the product within the withdrawal period are not the buyer’s responsibility.

If the promotional discount used falls below the limit due to the right of withdrawal, the discount will be canceled.

PRODUCTS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN:

Products that are customized to the buyer’s request or personal needs, undergarments, makeup products, perishable goods, items with expired dates, and products that are non-returnable for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed are not eligible for return. For books, digital content, software, recording devices, and storage devices, returns are not accepted if the packaging has been opened.

DEFAULT AND LEGAL CONSEQUENCES:

In case of default on credit card payments, the buyer agrees to pay interest and assumes responsibility toward the bank. The bank may initiate legal action and claim any expenses and attorney fees from the buyer.
