Distance Sales Agreement
1. PARTIES
This Agreement is concluded under the terms and conditions stated below between the following parties.

By accepting this agreement, the BUYER acknowledges that, if they approve the order, they are obliged to pay the order price and any additional charges, such as shipping and taxes, as specified, and they declare that they have been informed of this obligation.
2. DEFINITIONS
In the application and interpretation of this agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings given to them below.
MINISTER: The Minister of Customs and Trade,
MINISTRY: The Ministry of Customs and Trade,
LAW: The Law on the Protection of the Consumer, No. 6502,
REGULATION: The Regulation on Distance Contracts,
SERVICE: Any consumer transaction, excluding the supply of goods, carried out or promised to be carried out for a fee or benefit,
SELLER: The company providing or acting on behalf of the party providing goods to the consumer within its commercial or professional activities,
BUYER: The individual or legal entity acquiring, using, or benefiting from a good or service for non-commercial or non-professional purposes,
SITE: The Seller’s internet site,
ORDERING PARTY: The individual or legal entity ordering goods or services through the Seller’s internet site,
PARTIES: The SELLER and the BUYER,
AGREEMENT: This agreement concluded between the SELLER and the BUYER,
GOODS: Tangible goods subject to purchase and intangible goods such as software, sound, and images prepared for use in electronic form.
3. SUBJECT
This Agreement sets forth the rights and obligations of the parties in relation to the sale and delivery of the product, the specifications and sale price of which are specified below, ordered electronically by the BUYER via the Seller’s website, in accordance with the provisions of the Law on the Protection of Consumers, No. 6502, and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.
The prices listed and advertised on the site are sale prices. Advertised prices and promises remain valid until they are updated and changed. Prices announced for a specific period are valid until the end of that period.

7. INFORMATION ON THE PRODUCT(S) SUBJECT TO THE AGREEMENT
- The basic characteristics of the good(s)/service(s) (type, quantity, brand/model, color, and number) are published on the Seller’s website. If the Seller has organized a campaign, the Buyer can review the main features of the related product during the campaign period. The campaign period is valid until the campaign end date.
7.2. Prices
The prices listed and published on the site are sale prices. Advertised prices and promises remain valid until they are updated and changed. Prices announced for a specific period are valid until the end of that period.
7.3. Taxes and Payments
The total sales price, including all taxes, of the goods or services subject to the agreement is shown below.

9. GENERAL PROVISIONS
9.1. Information and Acceptance
The BUYER acknowledges, declares, and agrees that they have read, understood, and confirmed electronically the essential characteristics, sales price, and payment method, as well as pre-information about delivery, of the product on the Seller’s website.
9.2. Delivery Time
Each product subject to the Agreement shall be delivered within the period specified in the pre-information section on the website, depending on the BUYER’s place of residence, but not exceeding the statutory period of 30 days.
10. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In the case of a distance contract for the sale of goods, the BUYER may withdraw from the contract by rejecting the goods, without any justification, within 14 days from the date of delivery of the product to the BUYER or the person/entity at the address designated by the BUYER, provided that they notify the SELLER.
11. PRODUCTS EXCLUDED FROM THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Products prepared according to the BUYER’s request or explicitly tailored to their personal needs, such as lower-body underwear, makeup products, and single-use items, are excluded from the right of withdrawal.
12. DEFAULT AND LEGAL CONSEQUENCES
If the BUYER defaults on payment transactions made by credit card, they acknowledge, declare, and agree that they will pay interest and be liable to the bank under the credit card agreement between the cardholder and the bank.
13. COMPETENT COURT
In disputes arising from this Agreement, complaints and objections shall be submitted to the consumer arbitration committee or the consumer court in the location of the consumer’s residence or where the consumer transaction is conducted.
14. ENFORCEMENT
By making payment for the order placed on the Site, the BUYER shall be deemed to have accepted all terms of this Agreement.
